Today was big. So tomorrow’s lunch for the children is super easy.
- Left over vegetarian rice
- Seaweed rice crackers
- Half a banana chia muffin
- Little treat box of sultanas
I might put something else in at the last minute in the morning, like a small smoothie.

Looks super healthy and delicious 😋. Our day was big as well and your father is very tired tonight and earlier to bed and asleep from 3 – 5 pm. I kept checking on him. He feels flat and his shoulder is quite sore. He stretches himself too much some days .
