Easiest vegan biscuits and they make great gifts!
150 g vegan margarine
1/2 cup caster sugar
2 cups whole meal plain flour
50 ml water
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix all together. Roll out. Stamp out shapes using cookie cutters. Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 20 mins. Cool. If dough is too soft for stamping, let it firm up in the fridge for 10 minutes.

Orgran no egg (egg replacer powder)
Sprinkle of water
Colouring and decorations
Mix icing ingredients excluding decorations. Ice biscuits. Decorate immediately.
